I’m a licensed therapist, ultrarunner, and the owner of Joyful Sound Counseling. I work with women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, values-based, and grounded in current, evidence-informed practices, with space for deeper insight and reflection.
